Ok, yesterday i opened a flickr account, and uploaded some of my photos. then i decided to have a browse of the work that on there already. turns out most of my photographs have been submitted to there by other people already. on the most part they were referenced to me, which is fine, but there were several others claiming it is their original work. and a few people uploading badly edited versions of my pics. So here is the rule:
PLEASE do NOT use my work in any way.
I don't mind my work being featured else where, as long as there is a reference to me. I don't mind it being put in news items on devart. I like my work being fav'ed. But i don't like it being stolen. occasionally i will give permission for my work to be used in another persons art, but this is only when they have emailed me asking for permission, and received an email back from me saying it is ok.
Sorry for the VERY boring post but im so sick of getting my work stolen, i work hard! so dont really want other people getting credit for it.
